The salon is fully insured to carry out all services we offer. Please ask to view certificates. All Team members are fully qualified to carry out their specific treatments and services, and all work on a self employed basis. 

 

The utmost effort is taken to ensure everything we use is clean and sterile, ready for the services we provide. Any complaints on this can be passed to your stylist or therapist. 

 

Infection control: 

​

You should avoid visiting if you have any active, contagious, or open skin infections on your face, neck, or scalp, or virus.

 

Hairdressing environments are high-risk for transmitting bacteria, fungi, and viruses through close contact and shared equipment.

 

Bacterial infections, such as, but not limited to  impetigo , conjunctivitis, Folliculitis or cellulitis. Fungal infections such as, but not limited to ringworm.

Viral infections such as but not limited to cold sore, chicken pox , shingles or a sickness and diahorrea bug ( 72 hours from last episode of illness required)

Parasites like but not limited to head lice or tape worm. 

 

If you are currently treating a facial skin condition, we recommend calling us to reschedule for when your skin is completely clear. Treatments may be refused at the discretion of the stylist and the decision is final. 

 

Allergy Testing and Requirements :

Certain treatments and services require clients to be over 16 years of age and patch tested for allergy prior to treatment.

Where these guidelines are required, no treatment will be carried out without them for insurance purposes. 

 

Confirming and attending appointments :

 

We use an appointment system that is set up to manage our diary's for us. Please Make sure you CONFIRM your appointment with a card following the link you're sent or the booking app.

 

From 1st Aug 2026, If your appointment is not confirmed on the Monday of the week your service sits in this system will automatically delete your appointment and offer it out to an automated waitlist. This avoids us having last minute space where, ultimately, we are not being paid. 

 

Cancel for free up to 72 hours before - Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your confirmed appointment on the day. In some circumstances a non refundable fee will be charged. Failure to show for two consecutive appointments, a 50% non refundable booking fee will be required for any additional appointment.

 

We understand that sometimes the day doesn't go to plan, If you are going to be late please let us know as soon as possible, depending on the treatment you are having, there may be a need to reschedule. 

Infrequently, stylists and therapists may run late, We will give you enough notice if we are going to be late and the option to reschedule.

 

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with a service or treatment you have received, please let us know within 48 hours and we will endeavour to put it right as soon as we can, additional fees may be applicable. 

 

Please attend alone where possible, we endeavour to keep a private calm luxury environment for all. Most Importantly we take over and above care to minimise risk but lengthy exposure to chemicals and such like, to babies and children is not advised. If it's not possible please contact us beforehand, to ensure we can accommodate the circumstance.

 

Consultation and Client / Stylist Responsibility:

All services will be carried out following a thorough consultation.

Where there are changes to medical history, medication or allergies it is the clients responsibility to advise us. In these circumstances we will always follow instruction from our insurance and manufacture to assess if a treatment is right for you.

 

Any aftercare advice must be followed for optimum results and longevity and are the responsibility of the client. 

No stylist or therapist will carry out a treatment they deem not appropriate or suitable on the day. Stylists Decision is final.
