The salon is fully insured to carry out all services we offer. Please ask to view certificates.
All Team members are fully qualified to carry out their specific treatments and services.
The utmost effort is taken to ensure everything we use is clean and sterile, ready for the services we provide.
Certain treatments and services require clients to be over 16 years of age and patch tested for allergy prior to treatment.
Where these guidelines are required, no treatment will be carried out without them for insurance purposes.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment, we operate a cancellation list so there may be someone wanting your slot.
Failure to show for two consecutive appointments and a 50% non refundable payment will be required for any additional booking.
We understand that sometimes the day doesn't go to plan, If you are going to be late please let us know as soon as possible, depending on the treatment you are having, there may be a need to reschedule.
Infrequently, stylists and therapists may run late, We will give you enough notice if we are going to be late and the option to reschedule.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with a service or treatment you have received, please let us know within 48 hours and we will endeavour to put it right as soon as we can.
All services will be carried out following a thorough consultation.
Where there are changes to medical history, medication or allergies it is the clients responsibility to advise us. In these circumstances we will always follow instruction from our insurance and manufacture to assess if a treatment is right for you.
Any aftercare advice must be followed and is the responsibility of the client.
